Kisuke is an iOS application that provides SSH client functionality, code editing capabilities, web browsing with developer tools, and other development features for mobile devices.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and app credentials
  • All activities that occur under your usage of the app
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You agree not to use Kisuke to:

Kisuke may integrate with third-party services (such as Claude Code). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kisuke, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Data and Content

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or access through the App.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kisuke operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
